Hello, My name is Janey,
I have been a childcare professional for over 9 years.
I am a trained postpartum Doula through DONA International, and serve a variety of families with a range of needs, including those planning natural or medicated births, having multiples, preterm labor, or VBACs. Births and families are all unique, but no matter what yours looks like, doula support is of great value.
I also possess a BA (hons) Degree in Outdoor Education and Business Management. I am a Native Irish woman and after finding my calling in the U.S as a birthing professional, I went on to become a CCE (certified childbirth educator) and possess a Dip CBEd (CBI). I am Infant and Child CPR certified.
I also specialize in helping you design your birth plan. Birth plans are very helpful in aiding you to achieve the birth and postpartum life you would like to have.
I love what I do and meeting my clients needs are #1 to me.
I believe that everyone should have the birthing experience both labor and postpartum, they want and Rock a Bye Baby are committed to making that happen.
